/li liMotivate project team and facilitate on-time delivery of project team’s deliverables /li liWork at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phases /li liPlan project budget and manage project margin /li liActively manage project finance including invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor payments /li liControl project scope and manage scope change process with client /li /ul h3Required Skill and Capability /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. /li liAt least 3 years of project management experience. Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields. /li liBusiness fluency in English, other European language is a plus /li liExcellent communication and presentation skill /li liProficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure /li liAccept business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time) /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills /h3 ul liHave a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly /li liOutstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments /li liAbility to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results /li liStrong and effective skills in problem solving /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
