You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to solve complex customer problems, drive product strategy, and deliver measurable business impact. /ph3Data Collaboration /h3pWork daily with Analytics and Data Engineering teams; you should be comfortable reading raw data and translating it into a product vision. /ph3Cross-functional Follow-through /h3pPartner with Engineering and Design for implementation, then align with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure users understand the value of our insights. /ph3Customer Research /h3pConduct deep-dive sessions with B2B customers to quantify their data needs and translate them into feature requirements. /ph3Autonomy /h3pTake full ownership of the product area, setting independent goals and priorities that align with the broader company vision. /ph3Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Sr Product Manager /h3ulliExperience: 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a B2B SaaS Product, dealing with enterprise customers, Product Marketing, etc. /liliTechnical Data Skills: Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. /liliAgile Mastery: Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams. /liliCommunication: Superior ability to articulate data plans to non-technical stakeholders and translate complex "data-speak" into meaningful features. The ability to demonstrate knowledge of converting data to insights (be prepared to share a specific story on this). /liliAI Proficiency: Experience using AI for prompting, prototyping,
