and data‑driven insights; identify trends, articulate findings clearly to senior leadership, and recommend corrective actions where required. /li liSet and uphold underwriting standards, documentation practices, and thought process quality in line with Chubb's policies and the regulatory requirements. /li /ul /li libBusiness Development Client Engagement /b ul liIdentify, prioritise, and develop new business opportunities across the Life Science segment — working with brokers, agents, distribution partners, and direct clients to maximise the regional pipeline. /li liBuild and nurture trusted, long‑term relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and buyers within the Life Science industry and the broader insurance marketplace. /li liLead complex account negotiations and coverage design discussions, delivering tailored solutions that balance client needs with underwriting profitability and Chubb's risk appetite. /li liRepresent Chubb as a credible thought leader in the Life Science space through client engagements, industry events, market presentations, and strategic broker dialogue. /li /ul /li libUnderwriting Excellence /b ul liApply underwriting expertise to assess, price, and structure Life Science risks with technical rigour,
