Now we want to bexpand beyond one creator /b and scale output across bmultiple creators /b and formats—without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or brand consistency. /p pThis is a bvideo-first /b role (long-form YouTube + short-form). Newsletter/blog experimentation is a plus, but video is the priority. /p h3What you’ll own /h3 h31) Multi-creator scaling /h3 ul liHelp identify, recruit, and onboard additional creators (freelance/influencers/partners/collabs) /li liBuild playbooks so new creators can ship quickly and consistently (topic selection, briefs, scripting guidance, brand voice) /li liMaintain consistency across creators while preserving each creator’s on‑camera style /li /ul h32) Content strategy + programming /h3 ul liTranslate company priorities into a clear content strategy: pillars, series, formats, and a scalable content calendar /li liOwn ideation and prioritization (what we make next and why), including experiment planning /li liEnsure content stays aligned with our mission and audience: Americans abroad /li /ul h33)
Production operations (async‑first) /h3 ul liOwn the end‑to‑end operating system: brief → scripting support → recording coordination → review → publish → distribution → post‑mortem /li liSet up lightweight processes and documentation to keep production moving with minimal meetings /li liDrive quality control for clarity, accuracy, brand voice, and viewer experience /li /ul h3Important note /h3 ul liOur current creator manages the editing agency and thumbnail designer. /li liYou will collaborate closely with the creator, but your primary ownership is scaling the creator network + content system, programming, and outcomes. /li /ul h34) Performance + experimentation /h3 ul liRun systematic experiments across topics, formats, hooks, packaging, cadence, and series /li liUse YouTube Studio and simple reporting to identify what’s working and why /li liTurn insights into action: improve titles/thumbnails feedback loops, openings, pacing, structure, and repurposing /li /ul h35) Repurposing and distribution /h3 ul liCreate a repeatable repurposing workflow: long‑form → multiple short‑form clips /li liSupport distribution strategy across platforms as relevant (Shorts first; others optional) /li /ul h3What success looks like (first 60–90 days) /h3 ul liA documented,
