Join us to write the next chapter of your career! /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs our DACH Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new German, Austrian, and Swiss clients right after they sign with bsport. Your mission: guide them through a smooth, confident transition onto our platform, from initial setup all the way to their first successful usage. You’ll work closely with our Account Management and Support teams to deliver a seamless client experience—and you’ll do it in German, for a market where trust, precision, and clear communication make all the difference. Based at our Barcelona HQ and working in a young, multicultural team, you’ll have real ownership from day one: your work directly shapes how clients experience bsport and sets the foundation for long-term partnerships in one of our key growth markets. It’s also a role with a clear path forward—strong performers in onboarding regularly grow into Senior Onboarding Specialist, Account Manager, Team Lead, or CSM roles as the team scales.



/p h3What will be your impact /h3 h3Client Implementation /h3 ul liManage the onboarding process for new DACH clients end-to-end. /li liGuide and help clients through platform setup, integrations, and data migration. /li /ul h3Training Enablement /h3 ul liDeliver tailored training sessions for managers, staff, and instructors. /li liEnsure clients are comfortable and confident using the platform. /li liTake care of any tasks that could be perceived as a burden by the client. /li /ul h3Project Coordination /h3 ul liTrack and manage onboarding milestones, ensuring deadlines are met. /li liCollaborate with internal teams (Care, AM, Product) to resolve issues quickly. /li /ul h3Client Success Foundation /h3 ul liIdentify client needs early and provide proactive recommendations. /li liEnsure a smooth handover to Account Managers post-onboarding. /li /ul h3Process Improvement /h3 ul liDocument onboarding best practices and contribute to continuous process optimisation. /li liShare feedback with Product and CSM teams to improve the client experience. /li /ul h3You would be a great fit if you have /h3 ul liNative or C2-level German, plus fluent English (other European languages are a plus). /li liAt least 1 year of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or project coordination—ideally in SaaS or tech. /li liSolid organisational and project management skills,
