In this role, you will support Iberian market and feed production plants, ensuring efficient supply. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputs. /liliCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to align demand plans. /liliIntegrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast. /liliMonitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias. /liliLead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders. /liliSupport efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for Iberian feed plants. /liliIdentify risks and opportunities, contributing to better business decisions. /liliDrive continuous improvement, proposing new tools, methods and ways of working. /liliParticipate in projects aimed at enhancing forecasting capabilities and processes. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field focused on data analysis. /liliExperience in data analysis within Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or other business functions. /liliBasic to intermediate level of English.
