We are proud to be a workplace where people thrive by being themselves and are inspired to do their best work every day. /p h3What Does The Supply Chain Department Do At Worldwide /h3 pClinical Supply Specialist will plan, implement, monitor and improve company supply strategy including collaboration with Project Management, Vendor Management, DLS Leadership, Finance and vendors. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liPlan,



implement and monitor study supply strategy overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. /li liOptimize supply levels to ensure continuity while minimizing carrying costs; control manufacturing and delivery processes. /li liCollaborate with Project Management, Vendor Management, and DLS Leadership. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed inventories of study drug. /li liDevelop procedures to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implement subsequent changes to processes. /li liCollaborate with DLS Leadership to define and implement key supply chain KPIs at study and functional levels. /li liIdentify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner. /li liPerform other related duties as assigned. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring To The Role /h3 ul liStrong planning skills. /li liLogical and systematic approach to work. /li liGood time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and keep to deadlines. /li liAbility to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally. /li liExcellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. /li liNegotiation and influencing skills.



/li liBusiness management and analytical skills; IT literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data. /li liUnderstanding of risk management in the context of the supply chain. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Clinical Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar relevant field. /li liClinical research setting experience required (1 year minimum). /li liPrevious experience in supply chain operations required (1‑2 years). /li liHands‑on experience with supply chain functionality in an IRT/RTSM system is a plus. /li liSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. /li liCritical thinker, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills. /li liGood time-management skills and great communication skills. /li /ul pWe love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do. /p pWorldwide is an equal‑opportunity employer that is committed to enabling professionals from all backgrounds and experiences to succeed.
