Today, we are a small and highly technical team serving thousands of customers across 130+ countries. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a part‑time Intern or Junior to join our Madrid office and help build the next phase of Tuyo alongside our Support Operations team. We want someone who is starting their career, already curious about crypto and blockchain, and looking for real exposure to how a generational company is built from the inside. This is a hands‑on role at the center of the platform. You’ll talk to real users, review real transactions and help keep the system secure and compliant. You’ll work directly with the operations and compliance team and learn how crypto operations work in production. The schedule is adaptable and designed to combine with your studies. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Support /h3 ul liRespond to user inquiries via chat and email. /li liHelp users navigate Tuyo’s app, card and banking features. /li liTroubleshoot issues with crypto deposits, transfers and transactions. /li liTurn complex technical concepts into clear, human explanations.
