Following a $20M Series B, we are rapidly expanding our U.S. presence as we execute our mission: to digitize human knowledge and make it instantly accessible and actionable. /p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Professional Services team is right at the core of Arbolus and is responsible for providing best-in-class service to our clients around the world. /p pAs an Associate in the Professional Services team, you will research a wide variety of topics and sectors, and you will recruit and establish connections with thought leaders around the world. /p pIn this role, you will start gaining exposure and establishing relationships with Arbolus clients, helping them make well-informed business decisions by connecting with Arbolus experts. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and develop relationships with Arbolus clients through project execution, phone/in-person client meetings, and overall account management.



/li liProvide day-to-day support on client projects. /li liBalance multiple, concurrent, time-sensitive research requests. /li liResponsible for sourcing and recruiting leading experts based on client needs, utilizing online research and networking. /li liScreening new and existing experts via phone and email to ensure project relevance. /li liOnboarding new experts to the Arbolus platform. /li liDevelop relationships with thought leaders and experts across a variety of industries. /li liClose collaboration with Senior Associates, Project Leads, and Account Managers across international teams. /li /ul pThis role directly reports to the Professional Services Manager and is based in our Barcelona office, working in Central European Time hours. /p h3About You /h3 pWe are looking for curious and ambitious people who are eager to learn, to achieve success, and contribute to Arbolus’ business growth. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong academic background: Finance, Business, HR, Research, Economics. /li liMinimum of 1-2 years of experience. /li liA proven entrepreneurial/commercial drive. /li liExperience/Confidence in cold outreach and outbound calls. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liExcellent time management and organizational skills. /li liDesire to work in a sourcing/lead generation type of role and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. /li liThe ability to speak with stakeholders at all professional levels. /li liNative level of English; any other European language is a plus. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment. /li liFamiliar with the expert-networking industry.
