As AI Governance Manager in Global Procurement, you define and manage the governance framework for trusted, compliant AI adoption that delivers measurable value. You collaborate with digital, legal, and procurement leaders to align AI initiatives with sourcing, contracting, and supplier management goals. You’ll monitor performance, ROI, and regulatory compliance while guiding change management and adoption across the procurement ecosystem. This role offers impact at scale—shaping how AI functions responsibly across Roche’s purchasing operations. You will join a mission-driven culture that prioritizes value, ethics, and cross-functional partnership.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and own the AI value and governance framework for procurement
• Monitor compliance, value realization, and ROI across AI initiatives
• Ensure AI solutions are ethical, auditable, and aligned with policies and risk frameworks
• Align AI portfolio with procurement priorities and capability roadmaps
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive adoption through change management
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, BPM, and Analytics to embed AI governance in Demand-to-Pay
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and use cases
• Lead and influence across a matrix organization to drive alignment and value
Responsabilidades
• Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
• Strong AI and digital expertise xqbhyrx in enterprise settings
• Solid procurement domain knowledge (Sourcing, Contracting, Category Management, SRM)
• Leadership and ability to steer initiatives without formal authority
• Business translation skills to bridge stakeholders and tech teams
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across levels
• Significant experience in Procurement, Digital, or Consulting roles
• Master's degree in related field (as stated)
