Insurance Expert Role (Spain)

The role of an Insurance Expert at Alan is to:

- Monitor the business and the risks.

- Help the rest of the team understand the subtleties of healthcare and insurance.

Qualifications

- You have at least 6+ years of experience in health insurance.

- You are fluent in English.

- Knowledge of the sector trends, pricing/repricing decisions and market practices.

- You combine a quantitative background (statistics, actuarial sciences) with experience in insurance products and business.

- You can navigate and synthesize technical, data, business and legal questions related to insurance.

- You have a builder mindset, continuously identifying opportunities to scale and optimize processes and systems.





- You are willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo.

Preferred Qualifications

- You are fluent in Spanish or willing to learn Spanish.

- You have experience coordinating with teams based in another country.

- You have connections and a deep understanding of the Spanish health insurance market.
