What Will You Do?
As a member of Smartness's Sales Team for the Italian Market, you will participate in training sessions, support expansion activities, and perform the following:

- Sales negotiation – manage a busy schedule of online and in‑person appointments with potential prospects, articulate and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Participation in trade fairs and events – attend 1–2 trade fairs per year and organize on‑site meetings with customers.
- Business development – proactively search for new business opportunities via cold calling and cold emailing.
- Data analysis and regular reviews – hone analytical skills by critically reviewing your pipeline with advanced sales tools.
- Reach the monthly target – achieve and exceed the ARR target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
What We’re Looking For

- Italian as a mother tongue.
- Good English skills (B2 level) – ability to understand and interact with others effectively.
- Team player with winning mentality – consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota and support colleagues.
- Data‑driven thinking – analyze and interpret data to inform decisions and improve strategies.
- Desire to learn – willing to receive coaching and read books to improve sales skills.
- Experience – at least 6–12 months in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services) with proven target‑exceeding performance.
- Productivity – strong motivation to sell into the SMEs market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
