To support this emerging market-oriented business model, AXA IMa offers a multicultural and diverse environment (languages, countries, nationalities) and multiple international career development opportunities. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Corporate Finance team is in charge of two main areas of activities: /p ul liCoordinating all mergers and acquisitions (MA) related activity (acquisitions, large partnerships, disposals, internal restructurings, etc.) including the sourcing, assessment, target identification, internal alignment, and approval process for the IM perimeter. /li liCoordinating the capital management activities within International Markets perimeter which contributed to the delivery of more than EUR 350m cumulated remittance over . Cash generation is one of the strategic priorities of AXA Group. /li /ul h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liAnalysis of macroeconomic indicators in target markets /li liSectorial analysis and strategic monitoring of target or competitor companies /li liAnalysis of key financial indicators of potential acquisition or divestiture targets /li liParticipation in preparation of business plans and valuation (business case modelling)
and calculation of financial impacts /li liPreparation of presentations for the decision making – explaining the conclusions of the analysis work and the progress of projects /li liSupport the capital allocation process, including operations such as cash remittance optimization from IMa subsidiaries, and monitor the upstream cash flows to the Group. /li liMonitor key indicators by entities to assess proper capital allocation, such as solvency ratio, RoE, etc. /li liOversee and analyze the financing needs of our entities within scope, including loans and capital injections, and collaborate with tax and legal teams to ensure timely execution /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Background and experience: /h3 ul liOngoing studies (final semesters)/recent graduate with degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or similar /li liPrevious practical experience in the field is an advantage /li /ul h3Technical and professional skills: /h3 ul liExcellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint /li liIn-depth understanding of financial concepts/indicators and common valuation methods /li liStrong analytical skills /li liBasic knowledge of the IFRS and accounting mechanisms /li liFluent in English /li liFrench is a plus /li liBasic knowledge of the insurance industry /li /ul h3Soft skills and competencies: /h3 ul liAutonomous, organized, and reliable /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills /li liCapacity for managing tight deadlines and highly demanding environment; being multitasked is essential for this position /li liAbility to work in the international environment /li liInitiative and agile spirit /li /ul pAt AXA, we actively promote Diversity and Inclusion by offering equal opportunities.
