ppJob Description: An opportunity for a Structural Dynamics and Aeroelasticity Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). We are seeking an skilled Structural Dynamics and Aeroelasticity Engineer to join our team. This role involves analyzing and ensuring the structural integrity of our aerospace products under dynamic and aeroelastic conditions. /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliPerform detailed aeroelastic and structural dynamics analyses for various aircraft and spacecraft components. /liliDevelop and validate numerical models for predicting flutter, divergence, and other aeroelastic phenomena. /liliConduct loads analysis to determine critical design conditions for structural components. /liliUtilize simulation software (e.g., Nastran/Patran, Matlab/Simulink) for advanced dynamic and aeroelastic investigations. /liliImplement and develop scripts in Python for automation of analysis processes and post-processing of results. /liliPrepare technical reports and presentations summarizing analysis results and recommendations. /liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, stress, and testing engineers. /liliParticipate in the interpretation of ground/flight test data related to structural dynamics and aeroelasticity. /liliMaintain accurate documentation of analyses, methodologies, and findings. /liliPresent findings and communicate technical information effectively in English to internal and external stakeholders. /liliManage project-related documentation and communications using Microsoft Office suite. /li /ulh3SKILLS /h3ulliEducation: Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. /liliExperience: Proven experience in Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics analysis. /liliSoft skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
