ph3Procurement Specialist / Coordinator – Reimbursable Projects (FEL, FEED, FEED OBE) and EPC – LSTK Small-scale projects /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct a thorough review of project contract to identify clauses and requirements impacting procurement activities. /li liServe as the focal point for procurement-related matters with the Client and Project Management. /li liDevelop and implement the Project Procurement Execution Plan in alignment with contractual obligations and project objectives. /li liOversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with the project schedule and milestones. /li liFacilitate regular meetings with the procurement team Head of Project Procurement Servies to identify key issues or risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely follow‑up if any. /li liCollaborate with other disciplines such as Engineering and Project Controls to ensure alignment and integration of procurement activities and in accordance of project needs. /li liMonitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements. /li liActively participate in commercial evaluations and negotiations of procurement‑related matters. /li liPromote and implement sustainable and ethical procurement practices. /li liPrepare, update, and consolidate procurement execution reports for internal and external stakeholders. /li liPromote continuous improvement through the Lessons Learned program to enhance future project execution. /li liContribute to the identification and development of procurement opportunities and strategic initiatives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liOver 5 to 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role within industrial project environments as a Project Procurement Specialist/Coordinator, with knowledge about purchasing, expediting and logistics activities of the projects.
