You will work closely with business and IT teams, providing support for critical corporate applications and contributing to projects that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience across the organization. /p h3Responsabilities /h3 ul liProvide functional and operational support for applications used by corporate functions such as Human Resources, Legal, Ethics Compliance, Communications, and ESG. /li liManage and monitor incidents and service requests received through My Portal/ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution. /li liAct as a key liaison between end users, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate issue resolution and system improvements. /li liParticipate in the maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of business applications such as SAP, SuccessFactors, NetTime, and other corporate tools. /li liGather and analyze user requirements, translating business needs into actionable requests for technical teams and vendors. /li liSupport the delivery of IT projects and system enhancements, contributing to planning, coordination, and progress tracking activities. /li liMonitor system updates, changes, and new functionalities, helping to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption. /li liContribute to the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and support vendor relationship management when required.
