ph3Job Mission /h3 pAs a Senior Collector, you will be part of our integral finance team and play a key role in supporting collection activities for customers across the United States and Canada. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the timely recovery of outstanding receivables, maintaining precise and up-to-date records, and building strong, collaborative relationships with customers — all contributing directly to PPG's overall financial health and performance. This position is in Rubí, Spain, and operates on a fully onsite model. To align with the North American market, working hours are scheduled from 14:00 to 23:00 CET, Monday through Friday. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview open accounts and initiate collection efforts /li liConduct outbound calls and emails to recover overdue payments /li liMeet monthly call and notation targets /li liProcess payments and update records accurately /li liMaintain organized and up-to-date collection files /li liFollow up on payment arrangements using the treatment schedule /li liBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers /li liHelp the USCA collection team where needed (training, provide solutions to collection issues) /li liBack up for the Team’s Coordinator /li liProvide back up for other team members if needed /li liActively participate in Collection projects /li liHandle complex accounts /li liExecute credit activities according to the local processes /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liNative English speaker /li liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field /li liAt least 2 years of experience in credit and collections /li liStrong communication, problem-solving,
