As a key member of our team, you’ll design intuitive and visually compelling experiences with the support of our comprehensive design system, conduct user research to gather insights, and leverage data to observe and refine the impact of your designs. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liWork on data-inspired and customer-centric products /li liWork within the product team in a cross-functional environment to define and solve customers' and business needs /li liConduct research and bring forward new findings to reach goals and detect opportunities for improvements /li liRun usability testing to come up with solutions that truly solve customer needs /li liDesign products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail /li liWork with and contribute to the design system /li liCreate and validate UX deliveries like user flows, journeys, and information architectures /li liIterate and present design solutions to team members /li liLead or actively participate in the efforts of product discovery /li liTogether with team members, monitor the performance of the release,



identify learnings and find ways to enhance it /li liOwn your professional growth and help other team members by providing feedback and mentorship /li liFoster a collaborative and creative culture within the design team and across the company /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liA portfolio featuring examples of product design work /li liStrong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms /li liStrong UI skills and clean visual design sense /li liThe ability to think on high levels in product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions /li liAbility to make data-supported recommendations /li liTo be a constant learner and willingness to learn and grow as a person and as a professional /li liLove to solve problems and be challenged /li liThe ability to understand technical implications in design decisions /li liStrong UX focus and understanding of human behavior /li liExperience in research and understanding of how research shapes a good product /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liStrong English language skills, both written and verbal /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liMotion design skills to create dynamic interactions and animations that enhance usability and delight users /li liExperience in using and/or designing sports or betting apps /li liExperience in various UX research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
