ppSEGURA is an industrial group specialising in the design, development and manufacturing of metal parts and components for the automotive industry, primarily using stamping and welding processes. /ppThe company currently employs 1,500 people, spread across various plants located in: Almussafes (Spain), Vigo (Spain), Szolnok (Hungary), Treuenbrietzen and Eisenach (Germany), as well as its headquarters in Paterna (Spain). /ppWe are currently recruiting a quality engineer for our production facilities in Almussafes. /ppThe successful candidate’s main role will be to manage the quality assurance of the manufactured product, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and requirements. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and implement inspection and rework procedures on the production floor. /liliPrepare 8D reports based on investigations into relevant non-conformities. /liliLead 8D working groups for problem analysis and resolution, identifying root causes and defining corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of defects. /liliParticipate in the approval of new production processes. /liliValidate control guidelines and create visual quality aids. /liliEvaluate processes to ensure product quality assurance.
