As we expand with new Resort openings almost annually, our core purpose remains the same; encouraging guests to experience the Magic of togetherness as the World’s Leading Family Beach ResortTM. /p pWhether you’re looking for a strong career path in the hospitality industry, to learn new skills that will set you apart from the competition or to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, our safe, strong, and sustainable environment might just be the perfect place for you. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and maintain project cost plans and budgets from feasibility through project completion, and track project costs for construction, FFE/OSE and soft costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. /li liMonitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide timely reporting and recommendations. /li liAssist in evaluation and negotiation of contractor and supplier proposals. /li liSupport value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality or brand standards. /li liLead the change management process, ensuring all variations are properly assessed, approved, and documented. /li liPrepare regular cost reports,
