In-depth knowledge of Valencia and its prime residential areas in order to source and list properties for sale in target locations.

Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and aligned with commercial activity.

Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes.
Advanced English and Spanish.
Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
Full-time permanent contract.
