ph3Job Description /h3 pTrevi S.p.A. is looking for a Welder for construction site located in Madrid. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liEnsure the restoration of damaged or worn metal components through welding. /li liManufacture new metal elements by interpreting technical drawings, guaranteeing required safety and quality standards. /li liPrepare surfaces for welding. /li liSelect the most suitable welding method and tools based on materials, component dimensions, and work requirements. /li liMaintain welding tools and equipment in perfect working condition. /li liSuggest improvements or modifications to enhance functionality, strength, and safety of the finished product. /li liInspect welds to ensure they are free from defects or imperfections. /li liVerify weld compliance with project specifications using calipers, micrometers, comparators, and other measuring instruments, and perform quality control checks. /li liReport any issues encountered to the supervisor.



/li liSupport the supervisor in departmental activities. /li liKnowledge of mechanical stresses and material resistance. /li liAbility to assess weld quality (finish, strength, burrs, etc.). /li liExpertise in selecting appropriate welding tools, materials, and techniques. /li liAbility to record technical data related to completed processes. /li liKnowledge and application of specific safety standards (PPE, etc.). /li liFamiliarity with QC procedures and technical requirements (technical drawings, material standards, etc.). /li liAbility to evaluate the functionality of safety devices on tools used (visual, mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, etc.). /li /ul pTrevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
