In this role you will lead Freightos’ global accounting, reporting, compliance, and finance operations to ensure accurate financial statements for a Nasdaq-listed company. You will oversee international entities, external audits, and internal controls, shaping scalable finance processes. Your leadership will support ongoing growth and regulatory compliance across multi-jurisdictional operations. This is a strategic role with impact on financial integrity, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead global accounting and tax activities across international operations
• Own consolidated financial statements and external reporting, ensuring timely, accurate delivery
• Manage external auditors and the integral annual audit process
• Ensure IFRS, SEC/Nasdaq requirements, and local statutory compliance
• Lead SOX design, implementation, and monitoring of internal control framework
• Oversee global tax compliance, planning, and transfer pricing with external advisors
• Lead period-end processes (monthly, quarterly, annual) across all entities
• Support Mu0026A activities including due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition accounting
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and controls
• Partner with FPu0026A, Legal, Treasury, HR, and operations on strategic initiatives
• Lead and develop a global finance organization across multiple entities
• Manage payroll across several jurisdictions
Responsabilidades
• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting/controllership experience including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of multinational accounting, consolidations, external reporting, xqbhyrx audit, and internal controls
• Experience in publicly traded company environment (preferably SEC-listed)
• Experience managing global accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Excellent English proficiency
