T-Systems is a team of around 28,000 employees worldwide, developing hybrid cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and driving the digital transformation of companies, industries, the public sector, and society as a whole. /ph3Role Summary /h3pThe Labour Relations Manager is the company’s blead expert on labour relations in Iberia /b responsible for shaping and executing the labour relations strategy, managing negotiations with unions and employee representatives, and ensuring full compliance with labour law. The role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while actively managing collective bargaining, labour conflicts, and labour-related risks. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pbLabour Relations Compliance /b /pulliLead and manage relationships with Works Councils, Trade Unions, and employee representatives. /liliPrepare, lead, and negotiate collective bargaining agreements and company-level accords. /liliAct as the company’s main representative in collective negotiations, consultations, and formal labour processes. /liliManage collective labour procedures, including restructurings, organizational changes, and collective measures. /liliEnsure full compliance with Spanish labour legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.



/liliCoordinate with external labour lawyers and authorities as required. /liliManage labour inspections, collective disputes, and litigation in coordination with Legal. /liliIdentify labour risks and proactively design mitigation and contingency plans. /li /ulpbEmployee Relations /b /pulliAnticipate, manage, and de-escalate labour conflicts to minimize business disruption. /liliAct as escalation point for complex employee relations and disciplinary matters. /liliAdvise HR Business Partners and managers on sensitive labour relations issues. /liliPromote a constructive labour climate through effective social dialogue. /li /ulpbStrategy, Governance Advisory /b /pulliDefine and implement labour relations governance, policies, and frameworks. /liliEstablish guidelines for union communications and employee representation practices. /liliAdvise senior leadership on labour relations strategy, risk, and decision-making. /liliSupport organizational transformation initiatives from a labour relations perspective. /liliAct as a subject-matter expert and reference point for labour relations within HR. /liliProvide training and guidance to HR teams and leaders on labour relations topics. /liliEnsure consistency of labour relations practices across sites and business units. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbRequired Experience Qualifications /b /pulliDegree in Law.
