The successful candidate will have a proven track record in complex mining projects, particularly in iron ore processing and will possess strong leadership, communication and technical expertise in project management. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liDefine project scope, objectives and deliverables to align with organizational strategy and technical feasibility. /li liLead the development of detailed project designs and specifications in collaboration with engineering teams. /li liDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation and budget estimates. /li liLead or participate in due diligence assessments and feasibility studies for new projects or acquisitions. /li liProactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in project methodologies and technologies. /li liDrive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. /li liLead the application of standardized frameworks for consistent engineering practices across capital projects. /li liDevelop and maintain a Project Engineering Management framework to ensure world‑class project delivery. /li /ul h3Qualifications And Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering or a related field /li liExpertise in process optimization,



capacity upgrades and de‑bottlenecking (heap leach experience is highly advantageous). /li liProven experience managing large‑scale, complex projects with budgets exceeding $250 million from PFS to completion. /li liStrong background in process flowsheet development, feasibility studies, regulatory compliance, budget management, cost control and resource optimization. /li liExperience in full lifecycle EPCM delivery environment managing contractors, site construction and commissioning.
