ppSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: /p pAVL Ibericaoffers a job inSpain (ES)as /p h3Maintenance Instrumentation Engineer /h3 pAt bAVL Iberica /b, we are looking for a bMaintenance Instrumentation Engineer /b with solid experience in industrial and laboratory environments to lead the planning, coordination, and optimization of maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of systems, while coordinating internal and external resources, managing operational priorities, and acting as a technical reference within the organization. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ulliPlan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as calibrations and technical support for customers and users. /liliOrganize and prioritize maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality, operational needs, and available resources. /liliCoordinate technical interventions carried out by internal personnel, suppliers, and external contractors. /liliEnsure the proper calibration and operation of instrumentation systems, data acquisition systems, and testing equipment. /liliAnalyze complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. /liliDefine and drive technical improvements aimed at increasing equipment availability, reliability, and efficiency. /liliSupervise technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and intervention records. /liliManage technical relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring high service standards. /liliParticipate in modernization, automation, and continuous improvement projects for facilities and processes. /liliDevelop and monitor maintenance KPIs to identify optimization opportunities. /liliEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE:
/h3 ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or complex technological environments. /liliProven experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing operational priorities. /liliAdvanced knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, automation, and measurement equipment. /liliStrong ability to lead troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives. /liliExperience working with suppliers and managing maintenance contracts will be considered an advantage. /liliEnglish proficiency at a minimum B2 level. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). /liliStrong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset. /liliExcellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. /liliAvailability for occasional business travel. /liliTechnical leadership. /liliOrganization and priority management. /liliResource planning and coordination. /liliDecision-making. /liliCustomer orientation. /liliComplex problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. /li /ul h3WE OFFER: /h3 ul liPermanent contract and long-term career stability. /li liFull-time (40h), Monday to Thursday (8:00–17:00) and Friday (8:00-14:00) /li liCompetitive salary aligned with experience and responsibilities.
