Data centers form a significant and growing part of their project portfolio. /p h3Vacancy Information /h3 pAs Project Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of building installation projects with a strong focus on data centers and mission critical facilities. You will work closely with internal design teams covering mechanical and electrical disciplines, acting as the bridge between the engineering work being done and the client expectations that need to be met. /p pThis is not a purely commercial project management role. The clients and projects you will be working on demand someone who understands the technical side of building installations, particularly electrical systems, and can have a credible, substantive conversation with both the design team and the client. You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while keeping the quality of the engineering output firmly in focus.



/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliTaking full project responsibility for the delivery of data center and building installation projects from feasibility through to completion. /liliWorking closely with internal mechanical and electrical design teams to ensure design output is integrated, on programme, and aligned with client requirements. /liliActing as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project, managing expectations and maintaining strong working relationships. /liliMonitoring and controlling project budgets and timelines, identifying risks early and resolving them before they affect delivery. /liliCoordinating between the internal design team and all external parties including contractors, suppliers, and other consultants. /liliContributing to tender processes and supporting business development activities as part of the wider team. /liliSupporting the development of junior and medior team members over time. /li /ul h3What You Need /h3 ulliBachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Installation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. /liliSolid experience in project management within a building installations or engineering consultancy environment,



with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on data center or mission critical facility projects. /liliA genuine understanding of electrical building installations and the ability to engage technically with design teams, clients, and contractors. /liliExperience managing project budgets, programmes, and multidisciplinary stakeholder relationships within complex engineering projects. /liliKnowledge of BIM and digital design tools is an advantage. /liliStrong commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities and support their conversion. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to lead at a senior level. /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pIf you do not meet every requirement but have a strong project management background in building installations and genuine exposure to data center or mission critical projects, we still encourage you to apply.
