incorporate an experienced Engineering Manager in the steel sector
to join a newly established division, Track and Services , focused
on developing advanced engineering solutions for the steel
industry, with a strong commitment to the transition towards a
low-carbon economy. The selected professional will be responsible
for leading, managing, and coordinating strategic projects,
ensuring technical excellence, alignment with sustainability
objectives, and efficiency in execution. Location: ? Madrid, Spain
Work Modality: ?Hybrid work model : two days of remote work per
week. Versátil working hours and intensive workday schedule during
the summer months. Responsibilities: ? Lead research and
development projects focused on technological innovation in the
steel sector. ? Review the team’s work to ensure technical accuracy




and compliance with industry standards. ? Validate the methods and
approaches used by the engineering team. ? Coordinate activities
with other project managers and cross-functional technical teams.
Requirements: ?Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science,
or a related technical discipline. ?Minimum 10 years of experience
in the steel industry or related fields. ?Proven experience
managing conceptual studies, basic engineering or FEED projects as
an Engineering Manager. ?Strong leadership skills with the ability
to guide multidisciplinary teams in technically demanding
environments. ?High commitment to quality, innovation, and
