You ensure ourglobal team of 1,700+ professionals across 29+ markets is paid accurately, compliantly, and on time. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liEnd to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team. /li liAnalysis and documentation of each countries control framework and payroll processing guidance. /li liAd hoc project support. /li liManage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence. /li liEnsure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. /li liPerforming reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls. /li liStay up to date with local payroll regulations. /li liSupport Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities. /li liRegularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability. /li liAttend to all escalated and critical payroll related issues on a timely basis. /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liAt least 1 year experience of processing payroll across multiple countries. /li liExperience of working with a integral payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay. /li liAbility to take ownership of payroll processes. /li liProblem solving mindset positive attitude. /li liExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. /li liExcellent communication skills in English. /li liAdvanced Excel (pivot tables,
