ph3Job Description /h3 pBased in Illescas, you will work in close collaboration with the Airbus Commercial ME (Manufacturing Engineering) Surface Protection Painting teams to address a major challenge: developing and integrating surface protection solutions tailored to our future aircraft architectures. /p pThe role will handle co‑design with the Design Office and Methods teams, ensuring the durability and performance of the next generation of aircraft. You will provide critical support for elementary parts and drive optimization of the A350 fuselage production processes. As a leader within a Multi‑Functional Team (MFT), you will be the primary interface between various programs, engineering, procurement, and the supply chain. A key focus will be the process improvement that supports the production ramp‑up, ensuring surface protection and painting activities can meet increased cadences. /p pLocation: Illescas. The position requires travel to all sites depending on specific projects and engagement. /p h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liEducation: Degree from an Engineering School or University in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Aeronautics. /li liExperience: Proven knowledge of surface protection within the aerospace industry with a strong interest in production environment (shop floor)



and process industrialization. /li liTechnical knowledge of surface protection (surface treatment, painting, sealants). /li liAbility to capture field requirements and translate them into process improvements. /li liKnowledge of composite materials and their interaction with surface protection is a major plus. /li liStrong analytical and synthesis skills. /li liAbility to work effectively within a Multi‑Functional Team (MFT). /li liCompetencies in Chemistry are a plus. /li liKnowledge of the Airbus ecosystem is a plus. /li /ul pThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. /p pCompany: ENSIA EXPERT, S.L. /p pContract Type: Permanent.
