Specifically, you will be responsible for: /p h3Pre-Sales and Consulting /h3 ul liSupporting the commercial team in the pre-sales phase by analyzing client needs and proposing innovative technical solutions based on modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and scalable architectures. /li liParticipating in meetings with prospects and clients as a senior technical consultant, demonstrating the value proposition of our solutions. /li liContributing to the definition of technical proposals, architectures, and project estimates. /li /ul h3Delivery and Mentorship /h3 ul liActing as a senior consultant on the most complex data engineering projects, ensuring technical quality and excellence in implementation. /li liServing as a reference point and mentor for junior data engineers, guiding them in solving technical challenges and developing their skills. /li liConducting code reviews, defining best practices, and ensuring the adoption of high-quality standards. /li liSupporting the international team across different locations, sharing expertise and best practices. /li /ul h3Training and Academy /h3 ul liDesigning and updating the training program for Nimbus Academy for data engineers, with a focus on Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, and complementary technologies. /li liTeaching and training trainee groups in Italy, Spain,



and other countries within the Nimbus group. /li liOrganizing knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team up-to-date on the latest technological developments. /li liContributing to the growth of Nimbus Intelligence's brand awareness through events, webinars, and technical content. /li /ul h3Recruitment and Talent Development /h3 ul liParticipating in the recruitment process for new data engineers, creating technical assessments, and conducting interviews. /li liContributing to the definition of professional growth paths for the team. /li /ul h3What do we expect from you? /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liProven experience and strong knowledge in the field of data engineering. /li liExcellent knowledge of Databricks (lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL). /li liExcellent knowledge of Snowflake (data modeling, optimization, performance tuning, Snowpipe, Stream Tasks). /li liStrong experience with dbt (data modeling, testing, documentation, orchestration). /li liProven expertise in Python and SQL. /li liExperience in implementing modern data platforms and architectures (medallion architecture, data mesh, data vault, etc.). /li liKnowledge of ETL/ELT tools (Matillion, Alteryx, or similar) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). /li liFamiliarity with DataOps practices, CI/CD for data pipelines, and code versioning (Git). /li liExperience with data quality, data observability, and governance. /li /ul h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in data engineering roles.
