ph3About Us /h3 pAt THEKER, we’re taking on one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century: redefining how physical work gets done in the world. /p pWe are a robotics and AI company building intelligent, adaptable systems that solve problems traditional automation never could. From Barcelona, our mission is to create a generation‑defining company leading the robotics revolution. /p pBy joining us, you will have the chance to do the most meaningful work of your life, setting a new standard for industrial automation and driving breakthroughs with integral reach, while being surrounded by a focused, talent‑dense team that shares this ambition and is here to win. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a Technical Deployment Engineer to own the full technical lifecycle of THEKER’s deployments: from layout and integration design through certifications, safety compliance, and IP documentation. /p pThis role sits at the core of how THEKER scales. As we expand into new sites and customers, we need someone who can turn complex robotic systems into structured, repeatable deployments. You will build and maintain the technical office that makes this possible: defining layouts, navigating regulatory and certification requirements, structuring the documentation that enables fast and reliable replication, and contributing to our growing IP portfolio. /p pYou will work directly with engineering, operations, and the founding team. The environment is fast and the problems are real: live deployments in industrial facilities, new robotic platforms launching every quarter, and a team that expects you to own your scope and move without hand‑holding. /p h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar). /li liSolid understanding of how physical systems are deployed in industrial environments: layouts, integration constraints, installation sequences. /li liExperience in one or more of the following:
technical documentation, engineering office roles, certification or compliance processes, project or process engineering. /li liAbility to structure complex technical information with rigor and make it accessible to engineering, operations, and external stakeholders. /li liFluent technical English. /li liBased in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on‑site). /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExposure to industrial property or patent processes. /li liExperience in regulated or standards‑driven industries (industrial automation, robotics, automotive, aerospace, medical devices). /li liExperience supporting customer deployments or on‑site industrial installations. /li liOutstanding academic background. /li /ul h3You'll thrive at THEKER if /h3 ul liYou’re excited by a fast‑paced and ambitious environment. The opportunity ahead of us is enormous, and we’re going all in to capture it. /li liYou want responsibility early on, delivering at world‑class standards for leading clients. /li liYou enjoy experimenting, iterating quickly, and embracing change as part of the learning process. /li liYou’re comfortable owning things end‑to‑end: you don’t wait for someone to define the scope, you define it yourself. /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the technical layout and integration design for each customer deployment, from early scoping through final sign‑off. /li liBuild and maintain the documentation infrastructure that enables fast, repeatable replication of THEKER systems across sites and clients. /li liLead certification and regulatory processes for new deployments,
identifying applicable standards and coordinating with relevant bodies. /li liManage safety assessments and documentation for THEKER’s robotic systems, covering both product and installation‑level requirements. /li liStructure technical material in support of THEKER’s IP portfolio: patent filings, technical disclosures, and system specifications. /li liCapture and organise system knowledge across deployments: components, requirements, constraints, suppliers, and version history. /li liCoordinate with engineering and operations to ensure that product design and deployment reality stay aligned as the platform evolves. /li liTrack open technical items across active deployments and drive them to resolution without escalation. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liBeing part of a fast‑growing robotics and AI company with genuine ambition, where your career can accelerate alongside us. /li liThe chance to build THEKER’s technical deployment infrastructure from scratch and become the go‑to owner for how our systems get certified, documented, and installed at scale. /li liA focused, talent‑dense team where your work is visible and your decisions count. /li liAn environment where new ideas are encouraged and your contributions shape both the product and the company. /li li100% on‑site work in Barcelona. /li /ul h3What The Process Looks Like /h3 ul liIntro call with Martín (Chief of Staff) – 30 minutes. /li liTechnical challenge (take‑home): a structured documentation or deployment scoping exercise. /li liConversation with our engineering and operations team. /li liMeet the rest of the team and founders at our offices. /li /ul pThe steps can be completed in 7 days. /p h3Final Observation /h3 pWe’re committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. We welcome all applications regardless of background, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or beliefs. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
