ph3The opportunity /h3 ul liDrive the development and enhancement of the PDB-Tool globally to meet User needs and align with company goals. /li liOversee the tool's architecture, coding adherence and roadmap, prioritizing development tasks. /li liLiaise with local PDB Users/Development Teams to ensure aligned development and extension of tool into additional product lines. /li /ul h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liDrive Strategic Tool Development: Define and maintain the tool’s architecture and roadmap in alignment with Business Unit’s PDB Roadmap. /li liAnalysing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application and configuration of the end user applications and/or system. /li liCoding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages. /li liSupporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements. /li liEnsure Technical Excellence: Oversee code quality through reviews, testing, and performance monitoring. /li liPrioritization Backlog: Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on user needs and strategic direction. /li liImplement Scalable Solutions: Ensure the tool is scalable, adaptable, and meets evolving company requirements. /li liUser-Centric Design: Incorporate user feedback to enhance usability and functionality. /li liStakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication between users and developers, ensuring alignment and transparency. /li liSupport Documentation: Provide last-level support, maintain documentation, and deliver training and release notes.
