As SUJ Programme Coordination Lead, you’ll steer governance, strategy, and delivery for the Skills Upload Jr (SUJ) programme across Europe. You’ll partner with leaders and local leads to ensure coherent, scalable execution with strong controls and continuous improvement. You’ll balance global ambitions with local realities, shaping priorities and fostering cross-market collaboration. This role offers an opportunity to drive impact through governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment in a multinational context.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead governance and evolve the European SUJ governance model with clear roles, escalation paths, and accountability across markets
• Prepare and coordinate governance meetings, materials, and escalations to senior stakeholders (Head of European Programmes, Foundation leadership, Board of Trustees)
• Translate governance decisions into actionable delivery plans
• Own central and European SUJ budget, consolidate local budgets, and ensure alignment with priorities and grant criteria
• Oversee costs (partners, suppliers, tools), monitor performance and support efficiency decisions
• Provide structured insights to inform planning, scaling, and long-term sustainability




• Consolidate annual and multi-year programme plans across markets and balance global priorities with local needs
• Support risk management by maintaining a European risk framework and monitoring mitigations
• Ensure safeguarding, data protection, quality, and compliance across markets with audit-ready documentation
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to maintain frameworks and governance discipline
• Act as strategic partner to Head of European Digital Wellbeing Programmes, offering analysis and recommendations
• Guide local programme leads on planning, prioritisation, and execution
• Drive continuous improvement of SUJ delivery model across markets
• Facilitate cross-market collaboration and alignment on priorities and xqbhyrx ways of working

Responsabilidades
• Programme management experience at scale across multiple countries
• Strategic planning and financial acumen including budget oversight
• Data u0026 reporting literacy and ability to extract actionable insights
• Governance design and facilitation with senior stakeholders
• Leadership without direct authority and cross-functional influencing skills
• Risk management experience and ability to handle ambiguity
