Head of Supply Chain Spain ESP-Mataró (Barcelona) Responsibilities Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation operations across Spain. Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability. Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives. Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs. Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives. Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Planning and General Supply Chain teams. Lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams. Support implementation of automation and AI‑driven operational improvements. Qualifications University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or Customer Operations. Proven people leadership experience in multinational environments. Experience in Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.



Experience with SAP and Supply Chain systems. Exposure to transformation and digitalization initiatives. Fluent English and Spanish required.
