The role will support the definition and execution of the CRM strategy, including campaign planning, performance monitoring, and results optimization. The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing campaigns across multiple communication channels such as Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications. /p h3Your tasks: /h3 ul liCreation, implementation, and optimization of automated email marketing campaigns, using SQL-based segmentation and audience selection to improve engagement and conversion. /li liCreation, layout, and optimization of newsletters and email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsive design and compatibility across major email clients. /li liSupport the development and maintenance of automated database processes, including SQL-based data loading and system synchronization workflows. /li liExecution and monitoring of email marketing campaigns, including the creation of briefings and copy, the development of HTML-based email templates, the setup of customer journeys, the definition of audience segments,
