/li liSupporting wine cellar operations: receiving deliveries, stock control, storage and preservation. /li liAssisting with ordering, inventory management and sales forecasting of wines and beverages. /li liMaintaining cleanliness and proper use of cellar equipment and tools. /li liDemonstrating full knowledge of menus, allergens and dietary requirements. /li liPreparing and serving beverages, including wines, cocktails and hot drinks, when required. /li liSupporting special events and VIP services. /li liCollaborating closely with service, kitchen and other hotel departments. /li liManaging billing and payments while ensuring a warm farewell to guests. /li liActively promoting upselling of wines, beverages and hotel services. /li /ul h3As a Sommelier, We Expect From You /h3 ul liFormal training and/or proven experience as a Sommelier, preferably in luxury hospitality. /li liStrong knowledge of wines, beverages and food pairing. /li liExcellent guest‑service orientation and communication skills. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /li liHigh attention to detail and quality standards. /li liAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure. /li liImpeccable personal presentation.
