/li liSupport and offer guidance to staff within the store focused on the delivery of the required standards of (visual) merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity. /li liRecognize product flow opportunities and partner with management and Associates on process improvements. /li liManage back of house operations and share in the cleaning duties of the store where required. /li liTo meet or exceed store sales target. To achieve the brand standard of customer service and selling, product presentation and merchandising. /li /ul h3You Have The Following Experience And Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. /li li1-2 years of professional experience.
