Jr-Mid Level Publisher Account Manager (Russian
Speaker) Our client is seeking an energetic, results-driven
professional to join their growing team. In this role, the
successful candidate will bridge the gap between relationship
management and active business development, taking ownership of a
valuable publisher portfolio while aggressively hunting for new
growth opportunities. This is a fast-paced position designed for
someone who is data-savvy, enjoys international travel, and thrives
in a dynamic digital ecosystem. WITH US, YOU WILL . . . Manage and
build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of medium-
to large-sized publishers. Scale portfolio revenues and volumes
through strategic growth initiatives and proactive account
management. Optimize advertising placements and website layouts ,
providing expert advice to publishers on how to maximize their
earnings. Conduct active business development to identify, pitch,
and onboard new high-value publishers. Stay on top of industry
trends while providing continuous, in-depth website and data
analysis. Prepare weekly and monthly financial and data reports to
track performance and identify growth trends. Attend international
trade shows to network,



represent the brand, and secure new

Language Skills: An excellent, professional level of both English
and Russian; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
Industry Experience: Previous experience working within an
advertising network is highly advantageous. Analytical Mindset:
