The candidate will collaborate with the Jefe/a de Economato in the procurement of the hotel inventory. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCollaborate with the Jefe/a de Economato in defining material and merchandise needs for different departments. /liliEnsure the achievement of departmental objectives in accordance with the hotel’s standards. /liliReceive goods from suppliers based on company and hygiene standards. /liliPerform inventory of stock in the warehouse before and during inventory periods. /liliOrganize the storage areas and maintain FIFO management of merchandise. /liliProcess orders and prepare them for distribution to each department. /liliMaintain order and cleanliness of the warehouses,
