As a key leadership figure,
you will build strong relationships with senior management globally while directly managing, coaching, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to ensure their individual and collective success. By continuously analyzing performance metrics and business processes, you will identify new opportunities and implement effective short‑and long‑term solutions to guarantee the scalability and continuous growth of your vertical. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead one of the team verticals, including defining the strategy, refining KPIs, managing a multidisciplinary team and being responsible for the execution /li liDevelop and maintain a strong relationship with senior management of the company across all teams and locations /li liWork in a cross functional team to launch and scale complex projects with different workstreams /li liDefine and support the strategy of your vertical and the scalability of the projects /li liEnsure individual team members are effective, and define their goals to assure success /li liProvide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members /li liExecute analysis of business opportunities and processes /li liAnalyze performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and implement short-mid and long-term solutions to improve it /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liProject management / startup or consulting background (7y+ experience) /li liFluent English and Spanish is a must /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experience /li liSolution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills, with strong skills in creating and developing relationships with C‑level executives. /li liAbility to influence/persuade all levels of staff.
