Our passion for K-Beauty drives everything we do: from selecting high-quality products to creating unique content experiences that connect with our community.We are looking for a creative and social-first Junior Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, masters TikTok and Instagram, and wants to create content that makes MiiN shine in the Italian market.Please note:What will be your daily tasks?- Create and analyze the social media strategy for the Italian market.- Create, plan, and publish content for TikTok and Instagram.- Record voice-overs and assist with video editing.- Ensure that content is dynamic, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity.- Manage the community on TikTok and Instagram.- Execute and schedule the content calendar on both platforms.- Participate in the recording and editing of organic content and advertising campaigns.- Collaborate daily with the design team.- Identify trends on social media and in the beauty sector.- Organize and moderate live streams, answering questions and interacting with the audience in real time.- Manage UGC (briefing, PR, and operational coordination).What are we looking for?If you identify with the following,
