This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, ensuring engineering best practices, high-quality software delivery, and team development. You will /p pact as a bridge between technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and IT Director, driving innovation while ensuring operational stability, scalability, and security of applications. /p h3Technical Leadership /h3 ul liDefine and enforce engineering standards, development methodologies, and coding best practices. /li liReview solution designs and provide guidance on scalability, security, integration, and performance. /li liDrive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and cloud-native architectures. /li liEnsure technical documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained. /li liEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements or innovations. /li liLead, mentor, and coach software engineers and technical contributors. /li liFoster a collaborative, high-performing, and innovation-oriented engineering culture. /li liSupport recruitment, onboarding, and development of engineering talent. /li liConduct performance feedback sessions and contribute to career development planning.



/li liPromote accountability, ownership, and continuous learning within the team. /li /ul h3Software Development Delivery /h3 ul liOversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and support. /li liEnsure delivery commitments are achieved with high quality and within agreed timelines. /li liCollaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. /li liMonitor application quality, reliability, and performance. /li liSupport prioritization and management of technical debt. /li liEnsure applications comply with security, compliance, and governance standards. /li /ul h3Operations Support /h3 ul liEnsure stability and operational continuity of applications in production environments. /li liSupport incident resolution and root cause analysis for critical production issues. /li liMonitor system health, application performance, and operational KPIs. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency. /li liCoordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support teams when required. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and technology needs. /li liCommunicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liProvide status reporting, risk assessment, and escalation management to IT Director. /li liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. /li li8+ years in software engineering/application development and 3+ years managing technical teams.
