Direct the store construction process and manage store maintenance for future European stores. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3h3STORE CONSTRUCTION FUNCTIONS /h3ulliFully liaise with the corporate design/construction department for consistent store implementation throughout Europe. /liliReview architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for accuracy and completeness. /liliPeriodic site visits to new stores under development/construction or maintenance issues. /liliManage the construction process including vendor purchase orders and management. /liliEstablish construction budgets /liliGenerate construction timelines and schedules /liliCoordinate bids, qualify new contractors and contract review /liliPlan, review, and value engineer construction details when requested /liliReview and analyse bid proposals, contracts, invoices change orders /liliEnsure construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule, including all documentation to submit for approval /liliUpdate and final completion of Budget to Vigente Sheet within 30 days of opening for discussion with Corporate /liliSource new contractors /liliManage store construction process and turnover of store to retail operations team /liliPrepare and maintain project folders and files /liliPrepare purchase orders,



including all change orders for vendors and contractors and update the Budget vs Actual in US $$ each PO or invoice to maintain current cost of projects /liliVisit sites as dictated by the construction process /liliPrepare punch lists at site visits for vendors and contractors and complete follow through within 30 days of opening /liliAssist in the collection of tenant improvement allowances from landlord /liliCollect and prepare final close-out documents from contractors, vendors as required by landlord /li /ulh3Store Maintenance Functions /h3ulliMaintain and organise various service vendors, programs and supplies /liliResponsible for establishing and maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files /liliregarding store maintenance. /liliDirect service calls regarding store issues which may be resolved or referred to proper person for /liliresolution. /liliPerform such other duties as may be assigned. /li /ulh3SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY /h3ulliResponsible for Facilities and Safety Co-ordinator /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
