This is an exciting opportunity to shape future energy projects, build long‑term customer relationships, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic market. /p h3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 ul liLead sales activities for Spain’s new‑built power plant sector, focusing on Control, Digitalization, and Electrical solutions opportunities. /li liDevelop and execute a growth strategy for the Spanish market while securing and exceeding annual Order Entry and profitability targets. /li liBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and managing customer interactions through Salesforce. /li liOwn the end‑to‑end sales process, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation, signing, and handover to the delivery team. /li liCollaborate across Siemens Energy businesses and countries to develop customized customer solutions, support approval processes, and provide accurate sales forecasts. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Electrical Engineering. /li liAt least 8 years of sales experience, ideally within the power generation industry. /li liExperience working with end customers and EPC organizations, preferably related to control, digitalization, and electrical solutions. /li liStrong understanding of Control Systems,
