Drive operational excellence – Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from service standards and staff training to inventory, cost control, and profitability.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences – Ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable impression of Barcelona’s vibrant hospitality.
Manage finances and performance – Meet and exceed revenue, sales,



and customer satisfaction targets.
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants, bars, or hotels.
Hospitality runs in your veins – You don’t just work in hospitality; Hands-on leader – You’re not afraid to jump in during the rush, whether it’s expediting orders, greeting guests, or supporting your team.
Thrive under pressure – You love the energy of a busy service and can stay cool, calm, and in control.
