ppbAbout Swissport /b We are a global leader in sustainable and responsible airport services provision, renowned for our unwavering commitment to safety, operational excellence, and exceptional service, shaping a future where air travel thrives on reliability, efficiency, and experience. /p pbLocation: /b Madrid Hybrid /p pbReporting to: /b Director Global TA /p pbJob Summary /b The Senior Global Rewards Manager oversees the design, implementation and management of Swissport Global Rewards Strategy, assuring the company complies with local legal requirements, while keeping internal equity and external competitiveness. Lead all initiatives related to salary structure, short and long term incentives, benefits, international mobility and market analysis. The role collaborates with different stakeholders within the company, specially with other HR colleagues, Finance and other Regional leads to align company policies and strategies with business targets, supporting the attraction and retention of key talent. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview and recommend enhancements for global compensation philosophy and strategy. /li liPrepare analyses and presentation materials for Head of Rewards CoE/CPO/NRC. /li liLead new rewards initiatives as well as ongoing programs, e.g.: ul liAnnual bonus review and payout at global level /li liAnnual merit process Global guidance and framework /li liShort term and Long Term Incentives /li liDevelopment and maintenance of global Job Architecture, pay bands, rewards tools, manuals, governance, guidelines and trainings. /li liGlobal Benefit Management /li liPoint of contact for Regional HRBPs and Country HR Team,



supporting on all the subjects related to Global Rewards, advising on local challenges and guiding on global framework compliance. /li liAdvise local teams applying global frameworks and potential risks/unconsistencies with local legal requirements. /li liProvide guidance and recommendations to Recruitment teams, HR Business Partners and leadership across the organization in terms of grading, job descriptions, job titling, and compensation analysis; to support in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality talent from Executive to Station level. /li liWorks closely to TA/TM to ensure a great employee experience cycle from hiring to exit. /li liProvide advisory services for regional Rewards CoE’s and HQ on complex cases. /li liContinuously develop and lead implementation of initiatives that increase operational excellence in all areas of responsibility in terms of structures, processes, rewards plans, governance and guidelines. /li liRemain current on industry trends, such as European pay transparency regulations, best practices, compliance, new/progressive processes, etc. /li liManage vendors in terms of agreements (incl. negotiations in cooperation with Procurement), projects and ad hoc support. /li liParticipate in Total Rewards Surveys with Swissport’s external partner.



/li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications And Competencies /h3 ul liUniversity degree in a relevant field and 8-10+ years of relevant work experience in dynamic and high-paced environments, with a focus on Compensation Benefits. /li liFluent / Native in English is a must. /li liExpert in Microsoft tools /li liKnowledge of Mercer IPE Methodology is a plus. /li liExpertise in designing innovative strategies to serve a variety of employee segments, including executive compensation program design and governance. /li liSignificant experience in creating and articulating complex strategies, plans and analyses to various types of stakeholders – from Nomination Remuneration Committee to Local HR. /li liSignificant hands‑on experience with data modeling and analysis, as well as general benchmarking as well as financial background. /li liStrategic, analytical and financial skills. /li liAbility to comfortably interact with, and challenge Executive Leadership while remaining accessible to everyone. /li liAbility to think outside the box, flexibility as well as negotiation skills /li liIntrinsically motivated self-starter with very strong attention to detail. /li liKnowledge of Health Safety regulation applicable to the position and related to the Global Rewards function. /li /ul p— This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
