No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters most is your motivation, drive, and ambition. Previous experience in sales or a related role is preferred.

Your Responsibilities

- Recruit Tech professionals across European markets

- Source, identify, and qualify top talent

- Build and develop your own client portfolio

- Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and networking

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients





- Successfully match candidates with suitable opportunities

Your Profile

- Native, bilingual, or highly proficient English speaker (mandatory)

- German or Dutch language skills are highly desirable

- No recruitment experience required, but a strong interest in sales, business, and working with people

- Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment

- Positive, resilient, and results-oriented attitude

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong commercial mindset and ambition to succeed
