This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and multiple stakeholders while ensuring seamless order management and operational efficiency. /p pThe mission of this role is to ensure the smooth execution of sales operations by coordinating order fulfillment, maintaining accurate customer and system data, supporting inventory and distribution processes, and providing operational support to our Sales teams across EMEA. /p h3Sales Operations Cross-Functional Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the primary operational interface between Sales Operations, Customer Success, Distribution Centers (NL UK), Supply Chain and Sales teams. /li liCoordinate order release priorities and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. /li liSupport the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales organization across the EMEA region. /li liResolve operational issues while ensuring excellent internal customer service. /li /ul h3SAP Operations Order Management /h3 ul liManage allocation and delivery creation processes within SAP. /li liMaintain customer master data and allocation logic to ensure operational accuracy. /li liCoordinate scheduled system jobs and collaborate with IT to support SAP processes. /li liEnsure customer accounts are correctly created and maintained within SAP and Salesforce. /li /ul h3Inventory, Distribution Supply Planning /h3 ul liMonitor inventory availability, shipping performance and order fulfillment.



/li liCollaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to manage purchase orders, backorders and product availability. /li liSupport warehouse planning through delivery forecasts and operational reporting. /li liProactively identify and communicate inventory risks, shortages and delivery delays. /li /ul h3Data Integrity Operational Excellence /h3 ul liMaintain accurate customer, product and inventory data across ERP, CRM and warehouse systems. /li liEnsure data integrity between SAP, Salesforce and other business systems. /li liReview and validate credit and debit notes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize operational processes. /li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 h3Knowledge, Skills Abilities /h3 h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liWorking knowledge of bSAP SD /b.
