As a Platform Product Designer at Revolut, you shape internal systems and tools that power global operations at scale. You translate fragmented workflows into robust, scalable solutions for AI tooling, customer support platforms, and back-office functions. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic and drive efficiency. Your work helps Revolut operate faster and at higher quality, enabling complex internal processes to run smoothly. • Design and evolve internal platforms for general operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows
• Architect large-scale, end-to-end system interactions across multi-step processes and edge cases




• Develop scalable UI/UX patterns for internal tools balancing speed, usability, and constraints
• Clarify ambiguous or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and interfaces
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify design decisions
• Identify bottlenecks in internal processes and redesign for scale and performance

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of in-house product design, preferably internal tools or xqbhyrx platform experiences
• Strong portfolio showing complex product or systems design
• Excellent design skills across web platforms
• Ability to articulate high-level product strategy and design decisions
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design, including backend-driven workflows
• Demonstrated ownership of design processes
• Focus on UX for operational users and data-heavy interfaces
